Soworker has implemented multifactor authentication (MFA). This has the advantage of making logging in even more secure and better protecting the user's account.
MFA is now a widely accepted method of securing accounts. In addition to the usual login with email and password, an extra verification code is entered through an app.
As an organization, you have the option to enable or disable this multifactor authentication in settings. After the first login, you need to activate this feature if you wish to use it. Multifactor authentication will then be enabled for all users.
Below are two manuals that can be used to inform your users.
Here is the guide for users who want to enable multifactor authentication.
Here is the guide for users who do not want to enable multifactor authentication.
We hope to provide a good service for secure use of Soworker. If you have any further questions, we are of course reachable via info@soworker.com, +31 (0)30 2272990, or chat on the website.
