Sometimes it is not the right time for your colleague to share a message directly on his own social media channels. But we have a solution.

With the weekly overview, we remind your colleague of interesting content to share. From now on it is possible to email your colleagues, once a week or every two weeks. It gives an overview of messages which have not yet been shared.

You can set the weekly overview as follows;
1. Log in at www.soworker.com
2. Select Organization in the menu and then Settings
3. Here you can check if you want to use the weekly overviews and indicate the frequency, day and time
4. Then click on ‘Save’
